In recent years, climate litigation - legal action against corporate firms or governments who are accused of failing to set action needed to mitigate climate change - has increasingly attracted public attention. In this webinar, two LSE researchers Joana Setzer and Catherine Higham will present their latest stocktaking of pending cases of climate litigation. Three expert discussants will add views from the legal profession, central banking and on implications for credit ratings and firm value.
