The Swiss National Bank (SNB) and the Center for Innovative Finance (CIF) of the University of Basel will hold their fourth annual conference on Cryptoassets and  Financial Innovation in Zurich on 26 May 2023.

The organising committee invites interested authors to submit papers related to the following – not exhaustive – topics:

• Impact of DLT technology and fintech on central bank policy and operations
• Impact of DLT technology and fintech on banking, financial markets and financial market infrastructures
• Central bank digital currencies
• Trusted digital identities and financial innovation

Authors are asked to submit their paper (English; preliminary or full version, including abstract, JEL codes, keywords and references) including their full name and contact information, as well as an accompanying CV. Paper proposals are due by 31 January 2023, and should be sent to finance.research@snb.ch.
