The 2012 SUERF Marjolin Prize was awarded to Andrew R. Gimber, European University Institute, Florence, Italy, for his paper on "Bank Resolotion Reform as a Commitment Device Against Bailouts" at the 30th SUERF Colloquium held in Zürich, on "The State, Banks and the Financing of the Economy", jointly organized with Department of Banking and Finance, University of Zürich, NCCR FinRisk, the Swiss Finance Institute and KOF ETHZ.
